- Total Nos. of VSM projects undertaken – 3
- Average Setting time reduced by 35% through SMED
- Floor space saved / freed – 91.2 sq. meters.
- Inventory Turn Over Ratio improved from 17 to 30
- Rear time OEE monitoring started for 20 Machines.
- Commitment for ZED (Zero Defect Zero Effect) certification a concept initiated by the Government of India
